Google yesterday announced plans to sell a Samsung Galaxy Nexus smartphone for $399. A Google blog post said the unlocked Android phone is compatible with the AT&T and T-Mobile networks. The new phone is available on the Google Play web store. The Google Wallet app for making retail purchases with the tap of the phone is preinstalled.
